Lynn & Mike Bauman announced today the sale of their Realty Executives, Northwest Real Estate franchise to Billy & Cindy Prom, owners of the Realty Executives, Elite Franchises in
Hales Corners and Waterford. Realty Executives, Northwest is located in Menomonee Falls and was founded in 1998 by Lynn Bauman and her father Richard Reed, a local residential real
estate developer. The Bauman’s cited a desire to concentrate on their personal sales and other business ventures, as the main reason for the sale. Lynn Bauman said the Prom’s were a perfect
buyer for the franchise as their vision, attitude and desire to stay and grow in Menomonee Falls are aligned with ours. Elite will continue to operate the franchise out of the Bauman’s existing
office building on Main & Water Street and the Bauman’s will continue their affiliation as sales Executives with Realty Executives, Elite.

We were chosen today to be the marketing agent for the Buena Vista Condominiums in Menomonee Falls. The Horizon Company, developer of condominium and apartment communities for
seniors throughout Wisconsin believes we have the sales and marketing experience needed to complete this project. This 20 unit complex is ideal for those looking for a secure location with a
lot of amenities and many friends close by.

Mike and Lynn were chosen by the Geneva Group to be the marketing agent for their Stonewater Ridge subdivision in Greenfield. These lots are some of the best in the area. They are hidden
away off 43rd and Grange on two cul de sac's. Prices are in the low $70's and offer lots with low restrictions and great views.

Mike and Joseph Douglas Homes are once again combining forces. Mike has agreed to become the exclusive sales agent for the company. Serving as Sales Manager from 1999 to 2004, Mike
and owner Deron Butler feel they have the necessary chemistry to once again move the company forward in this tough economy. Mike says it was an exciting time when the company was
small and growing in the early 2000's. With the downturn in building over the last few years Mike looks forward to the challenge and excitement of helping customers build and helping to
rebuild the company.

Mike was named President of the Menomonee Falls Rotary Club. Rotary is the largest service organization in the world. The Menomonee Falls Club raises money to fund community and
international projects. The club also conducts a Choices program for Falls & Sussex 8th graders, teaching them the importance of getting a good education. The club also provides $5000 in
scholarship money annually to graduating seniors from Menomonee Falls & Hamilton/Sussex High Schools along with sponsoring 4 students annually to the Rotary sponsored World Affairs
Seminar. This brings high school students together from around the world to discuss a topic of interest to the world.

We are sad to announce the passing of Richard "Dick" Reed, Lynn's Father, best friend and a partner in Realty Executives. Dick was taken from us through a lung disease called pulmonary
fibrosis. Dick passed away on August 27th and was laid to rest on September 1st. Dick was instrumental in Lynn's real estate career, coaxing her from Washington State to Wisconsin to help
with his land development company. Together they started Calumet Realty which later purchased the Menomonee Falls Re/Max franchise. Re/Max was eventually sold and they later
purchased the Realty Executives franchise. Dick will be missed for his humor and mentor ship.

entertain suggestions, expressions and/or grievances of the Associate membership group, and after careful study, present same to the Board of Directors. This is a two year term.

We were saddened today to loose a long time agent, friend, mentor and uncle to Lynn. Mike Reed was taken from us by a short bout of liver cancer at the young age of 68. Mike had been
working for Lynn since she first opened the Menomonee Falls ReMax franchise in 1989 and followed her to Realty Executives. Mike will be missed by all. He was widely respected as an
expert in Real Estate and had a long successful 40 year career and was a mentor and counselor to many of us.
